I recently manifested a new job opportunity for myself using 3 simple steps. The first step is to put out a desire that you believe is realistic and relevant to you. This desire must reasonably occur in your experience and does depend on your belief (thought process) and feelings (emotions). The second step is to take both physical and energetic action. This includes both physical action steps and making space for this manifestation to occur through working with the energy of this desire. The third step is to let go. After you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, let go of your desire and allow the universe to help you in your creation process. Letting go gives your creation freedom and flexibility to exist and transform.
In December of 2021, I put 0out a desire for a new job. My supervisor’s superior emailed our team to inquire if anyone was interested in doing the same job for a different location/jurisdiction. I was interested because my location/jurisdiction is very demanding and tedious. I was comfortable in my job given my proficiency after 7 years of experience doing the same work. I responded that I was interested and followed up consistently on the status of the potential new opportunity. I believed the job would be a good fit and pulled some Tarot cards for validation. The cards were positive and indicated that I would be offered a new opportunity. I felt excited at the prospect of working for a different location/jurisdiction and wanted some fresh energy to reinvigorate my career. Ultimately, I never heard back about interviews for the job despite my follow up, so I applied internally to other jobs.
I applied for a job doing something in my field but completely different than what I currently do. I had the experience and credentials for this job and was interviewed and ultimately offered the position. My intuition told me this wasn’t a good fit, and I declined the position. The hiring manager was disappointed that I didn’t take the job, however I had to honor my intuition and do what was best for me. Thereafter, I continued to apply for different jobs in my field that were realistic and relevant to my credentials and experience. I felt optimistic but not pressured to find something, as my current position wasn’t terrible- just stale and stagnant. I applied for a few jobs but nothing else was offered.

A month after I declined the position I was offered, the hiring manager contacted me to discuss another job opportunity. This position was for a management/leadership role, which is the equivalent of the title of my supervisor. I had never considered a leadership role even though I am more than qualified after my 7 years’ experience. I felt excited hearing the details of this new role and ironically enough, it was the same location/jurisdiction of the job I initially desired in December. Obviously, I knew this wasn’t a mere coincidence. After going through the process, I was offered the position at a pay much higher than I expected. I used my internal guidance and intuitive process to confirm this opportunity was a good fit and accepted the job offer.
When I reflected on the new job I manifested, I considered how I brought my desire into my reality. First, I put out a desire for a new job opportunity within my current field in my current company that I was credentialed and experienced for. I believed and felt this opportunity was realistic and relevant for me. Second, I took physical action steps by inquiring on the initial job I wanted and applying to other jobs I was qualified for. I also made energetic space by working with the energy of what this new job opportunity would bring. Third, I let it go. I allowed the universe the opportunity to create with me, and the universe gifted me an opportunity better than I could have imagined. Although these 3 steps are simple, if understood and applied correctly, it can result in a conscious, desirable manifestation.
3 Simple Steps to Conscious, Desirable Manifestation
1. Put out a desire that you believe and feel is realistic and relevant for you.
2. Take physical and energetic action steps toward the desire.
3. Let go and allow the universe to help you in your creation process.
